Welcome to the Mid-Hudson Soccer Officials Association
We are a group of registered New York State Approved Soccer Officials affiliated with the New York State Public High School Athletic Association. Our territory is primarily Dutchess and Ulster (Mid-Hudson) Counties.
Our mission is to:
- recruit, educate and unite registered New York State Approved Soccer Officials in our territory
- collaborate with soccer coaches, school administrators, and other officials' organizatons in the advancement of soccer in our territory
- adhere to the Constitution, By-Laws, rules, annual registration, and regulations of NYSPHAA, and through the soccer committee, make recommendations for improvement to the game of soccer
