President
Reinaldo Pizarro
Reinaldo has been a member of MHSOA since 2007. He became a referee as a way to stay involved in soccer after moving from the Rochester area to the Hudson Valley. He has previous served the Association as Vice President (2012-2013) and President (2014-2015) before being elected President again in 2019.
Reinaldo's career highlights include:
- officiating his first Varsity boys game at Arlington with Scott Carruthers in 2010
- represented Section 1 at Boys States in 2014, 2022 and 2023 and Girls States in 2018 and 2021
- USSF referee since 2008
- middled Mens' U23 Final at Eastern New York State Cup
- 2nd Vice President of HVSRA and head of Referee Mentoring Program since 2019
- NISOA referee since 2011 and President of Mid-Hudson NISOA chapter since 2017
- Head Referee and Club Assignor for Hyde Park United since 2016
Vice President
Adrian Capulli
Adrian has been a member of MHSOA since 2005. His refereeing career began in 2003 when he took the USSF Grade 8 entry course with his son. He has served on the HVSRA Board since 2012 and on the Board of the New Paltz Travel Soccer Club since 2000. He was elected to the MHSOA Board as a Director in 2015 and Vice President in 2018. His career highlights include:
- Becoming a NISOA official in 2011
- Attaining USSF Assignor license in 2012
- Advancing to a USSF Grade 6 State Referee in 2014
- Has officiated many Sectional, Regional, and MHAL games
Secretary/Treasurer
Scott Carruthers
Scott has been a member of MHSOA since 1994. He was elected Secretary/Treasurer in 2000 becoming only the third person to hold the position after Dave Longacre and Walt Myer who held the position for almost forty years.
Scott's career highlights include:
- officiating his first Varsity game with Jack Ridolph in 1995
- invited to Boys States in 1999 when games were held at Marist and Vassar (games were officiated in the 2-man system including the State Final Scott participated in)
- officiated at Boys States and Girl States Finals ten times (most memorable middle being in 2014 when Haldane girls beat Lansing 1-0 with a goal that would win any Goal of the Year awards)
- officiated Gary Montalto's 700th win along with Alan Stout
- has been an Assessor for the Girls State Finals in Cortland since 2017

Director
Walt Bollenbach
Walt joined MHSOA in 1987 after both his son's graduated high school and went on to play soccer at the University of Southampton. Walt has served on the Board on several different occasions and enjoys the work. When Walt first joined the Association the boys competed in the Fall and the girls in the Spring. Additionally, they were two seperate officials organizations at the time.
Walt's career highlights include:
- organizing and putting on the Association's 50th Anniversary dinner in 2009.
Director
Mark Mahoney
Mark has been a member of MHSOA since 2012. He was asked to join the board in 2018 and was re-elected to his position as a director in 2019. In addition to refereeing high school soccer, Mark has been a USSF referee since 2006 and a NISOA refere since 2019.
Mark's career highlights include:
- chosen MHSOA Rookie Of The Year in 2012
- chosen to represent Section 1 at Boys State Championships in 2017
